Return & Refund Policy

What the customer required to do:
To initiate a return, please email us at info@golfswinghittingmat.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Under what circumstances Golf Swing Hitting Mat offer returns and refunds:
We offer returns and refunds for any product that is damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was shipped to you. We also offer returns and refunds for products that do not meet your expectations, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Timeframe in which Golf Swing Hitting Mat accept returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

When customers can expect a refund:
Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets our return policy, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment. You can expect to receive your refund within 14 days after we receive the returned product. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

No Restocking Fee (We don't charge a fee on stock items if returned within 30 days of receiving).
